This lizard is called as dwarf gecko and some times Jaragua Sphaero. When measuring its length from the tail tip to the snout, it is only 0.6 inches long. This lizard is one of the endangered species in the world. Dwarf gecko can be found in the Jaragua National Park in the Dominican Republic and on the Beata Islam in the Hispaniola’s southern coast. As you can see, it is nearly impossible to tell whether this is really a lizard or not, but it’s the tiny size that makes it unique.

This is the smallest fish in the world. This fish was found in the swamp in Indonesia which is considered as one of the largest swamps in the world. This fish belongs to carp species and can grow only up to 7.9 millimeters, as we can see it is not even 1 cm long. The scientist says that it is one of the strangest fish because it is very tiny with no head skeleton and lives in the acidic water. Sadly this fish’s habitat is slowly disappearing due to the acidic water.

The Brazilian Gold frogs are the smallest frogs in the world. These frogs can grow only about 9.8 mm in length. They are called as Brazilian Gold frog due to their gold skin color, sometimes they are also called as Izecksohn’s Toad. Even though the Brazilian Gold frogs are the smallest in the world, one of the fully matured Eleutherodactylus limbatus frogs which live in Cuba was found to be just 8.5 mm in length which is even smaller than the Brazilian Gold frogs but still they are only second smallest in the world.
